Your order will be delivered within an hour if you are in Kampala, within two hours in the greater Kampala area (Entebbe, Mukono, Wakiso, or Gayaza), and within one or two days if you are in an upcountry location, depending on the distance. You can track your order through our website.

During checkout, you have the option to add a delivery address different from your billing address. Additionally, our courier agent will call you to confirm your exact address for delivery after you have placed the order.

We charge a delivery fee of UGX 5000 for deliveries within Kampala, UGX 10,000 within the greater Kampala area, and UGX 15,000 for upcountry deliveries. Alternatively, you can choose the pick-up option during checkout, which is free.

Uzazi hub is a B2B2C (Business to Business to Customer) marketplace dedicated to empowering African mothers during the first thousand days of motherhood by providing a one-stop-shop for high-quality maternity and baby products and services.

To become a vendor, click on the menu icon located in the top right corner above the search icon on our website. Then, select “Become a Vendor” and fill in the registration form with the required details. We will be in touch to complete the final steps.

Onboarding as a vendor is free of charge. However, there is a minimal charge per sale to maintain the quality of the Uzazi website and support ongoing marketing strategies and content updates.
